Thank you, Blair! I am so pleased we have The Canine Coach as a partner with Pet Haven! You always provide such wonderful advice and training for us and our adoptive (or potential adoptive!) families. Again, I really appreciate it!

I am so impressed!
I am still speechless about how well Kanga did yesterday. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and teaching me some techniques for Kanga and I to work on together. It really gave me a lot of hope. I knew Kanga was a great pup, I just didn't know how to bring it out!
Blair, see you next Wednesday.

The vet visit today went great! I cannot believe it! Ace behaved himself REALLY WELL around a big chow/lab mix and a setter of some sort in the waiting room. No whining or pulling at the leash in attack mode. He was a little nervous, but sat on the bench and got treats. Thank you SO MUCH for all you have done. I felt completely helpless and hopeless and now I can just enjoy the dog and work on his other behavior issues.
Thanks again! I can't say enough about what a good job you do.
Laurie F.
Thank you so much for all of the training. Jetta, Sean, and I can't wait to get her into the Tricks class and into Agility classes, as our schedules permit. We couldn't be happier that we found The Canine Coach, and we heartily recommend you to everyone we can!
Kelly, Sean, and Jetta B.
I would just like to thank you again for meeting us yesterday and working with Elvis on his socialization issues. Adam and I are both still in a bit of shock at just how well Elvis did around a new (and very energetic) dog.
Thank you again for all your work. Knowing that this issue is fixable and that there is hope for us to foster again is a huge relief!

Hi Blair,
Again, thanks so much for a super fun Agility class. As was perfectly obvious, Cubbie loved it! Me too.

Blair, so far so good! I walked Ace this a.m. We encountered two squirrels and I was able to control him by stepping in front of him. He even got calm and I did the pressure touches. It was great. He walked very nicely. At this very minute I have the bedroom door wide open and he is just laying down in the kitchen. We have done this twice today. It's some kind of miracle.

I enjoyed my class with Blair! Blair has an outgoing, very engaging personaility. She took the time to get to know me and my foster dog. She also took the time with each student to make sure we understood the concepts, and was willing to take the time to watch and give feedback.

Hi Blair,
First of all Koby has been
amazing since you came last week! She is responding to the training
and has been very successful. Overall we have seen a change in her
level of happiness. She seems more content, eager to please/listen to
us, and just more happy! She has been responding when we say "come"
in any environment!
With the tricks for when we leave...AMAZING! She seems much more
relaxed whenever we leave. She was left in the house and I forgot
something, came back in the house and she had her kong on the couch,
eyes looked at me, she didn't move and didn't become upset when we
left, and she did not bark or stare at the window!
You are truly amazing and we thank you so much for all that you have
done to help us with our girl! She also says thank you :)
We will be in touch in regards to more training sessions.
Lindsay, Nate and Koby
The last two days have been fantastic walking with Paisley! She has only barked at other dogs twice, and when she did she calmed down immediately using the techniques you taught.
Thanks for all your help, you are the first trainer we have worked with that seemed to really care and solve the problems Paisley was having.

Almost two months ago our dog Shylo (Husky/Shepherd mix) got into some trouble and was deemed dangerous. We also have a Pitbull who has some issues but has never gotten in trouble with Animal Control. I wanted to let you know that thanks to Blair, our dogs have made a huge change for the better.
We can actually cook in the kitchen now without them smelling the counters or being under our feet because Blair taught us the "back technique." Blair came yesterday
and taught us how to walk them. Up until then I felt it was hopeless because all Rosie (our Pitbull) would do is pull me. Not fun for either of us. I now see hope that after some hard work I will be able to enjoy taking her for a walk for the very first time.
Thank you for having such good trainers.
Stephanie and Jason S.
I know that my dog’s success will be in large part because of your class. Thanks again for the really helpful Puppy class.

Blair,
I meant to email you last week and thank you for your help. It was above and beyond because we aren’t currently in a course. We’ll probably sign Dexter up for Obedience 2 this summer sometime.
These classes truly have made a huge difference. Dexter is like a completely different dog!

Hey Blair,
This is Brian, owner of "Klaus", the German Shorthair whom you recently trained in puppy class. I was trying to squeeze into your
Obedience Level 1 class starting Sunday Feb. 26th, but I see the registration has it listed as full. I would love to have the opportunity in Klaus being under your training for this class. Please let me know if there happens to be another opening for him to join you. You are such a great trainer, and the Puppy class you put on was so enjoyable to us.
Sincerely,
Brian
Hi Blair,
I know you're pretty busy, but I just wanted to share with you that Lily was a very good girl this evening, and had several human encounters that would normally have her in "killer dog" mode, and she didn't make a sound! We met a man coming around a corner when we didn't expect it, and Lily moved towards him a little, but came right back when I called her, sat, and watched him walk past us in a much more relaxed way than I have ever seen her do before. A little further into our walk as we were practicing our controlled walking, a biker went whizzing past us. Lily started to react, hesitated, looked at me, looked at the biker, then just kept moving forward with me. It was wonderful! It made me so proud and happy for her and us, and gave me hope for her future. We're looking forward to seeing you in class on Saturday!
Thanks,
Kassie R.
Hi Blair, Things have been going SO much better between Sadie and JD. We have
been working with Sadie on boundary training and using the techniques
that you taught us, and she has gotten much more comfortable with JD.
She is able to relax with him being out and moving around and has
hasn't been bullying him at all. We have actually only had one growl
since you left last week! We now have her off leash in the house,
although we still have fairly strict control over her. JD has been
responding really well too. He is not at all scared of her anymore!
He will freely come into an area where she is and will approach and
sniff her. Sometimes I think he's a little too bold --I think "Don't
press your luck JD!"
Noah and I were actually telling some friends this weekend that we
couldn't believe what a change Sadie has made--we are very proud of
her!
Thanks so much for your help!
Shannon K.
I wanted to let you know that all the work we’ve done in obedience made my morning much easier than it could have been.
This morning, I was trying to get out of the house with Jetta and I wasn’t paying attention. A bird flew by the window, and Jetta jumped against the outer door. The door, of course, opened, so she went running outside. I was able to capture her attention at the next door neighbor’s yard, by saying, “Jetta! Come!” and once I could see her just barely start to look at me, I started running the other way, making a lot of goofy noises. She, thankfully, followed me, and I was able to grab her collar and bring her inside. We made it to daycare without incident.
Thanks for all of your great training help!
Kelly B.
Blair seems very knowledgeable about dog behavior and with owner and dog interactions. Blair has an upbeat and positive personal manner. Good with one on one attention.
Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for affording Cubbie and I such a wonderful time at Agility 1 and 2.
As I'm sure you could tell, we both loved it. Cubbie just amazed me - I could see the improvement he made week to week. It was marvelous - and due to your good instruction and coaching.
Thank you
Gretchen
Hi Blair,
Thank you for your understanding and insights regarding Sebastian during the 9:00 am Saturday morning class. He is responding well. Your suggestion of a more secluded area for him for next class seems right on track.
I value your competency and unique understanding of each dog and the best way to train them.
Anne B.
Just wanted to let you know that despite being stubborn as all get out at times, Lucy is going on long (1-3 mile) walks with me! She's even to the point of walking with a slack leash for a decent amount of the time we're out.
Just thought you'd like to know.
Thanks for all the help,
Joel H.
I wanted to thank you for training me and Billi. I was absolutely amazed with what you were able to do with him. I have been working on this with him, and he seems to be listening quite a bit better. I am sure that is because he will start to look at me more as the leader than he did. I think I learned more in that hour then I had in all the classes I had been to before. I realize you took your time to sit with me and work with us when you did not have to. I hope you know how much I appreciate all you did for us, and taught to me. Hopefully I will be able to work with you in the future.
Thanks again!
Beth
With only the little bit of training Mia has received, she's doing really well! The day after you came our neighbor was out unloading her groceries, a good time for Mia to make herself known to the world, and she didn't utter a peep! It was really amazing.
Thanks,
Karen S.
