Masks are REQUIRED for all staff and clients unless vaccinated, and social distancing is still required for everyone. We are allowing two adults per class registration to attend our in-person group classes. Alternatively, we are also allowing one adult parent/guardian to attend with one child. All our facilities are equipped with Wifi and you are welcome to Zoom, Facetime, or otherwise virtually connect with other family at home during class time.

In-Home Training sign up starts online with our Client Information Form. Unfortunately we are currently booked out about 2-3 months, depending on your location, availability, and training needs.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email.
If you would like to make a payment over the phone for any program or training service, please give us a call! We just ask that you complete the online registration forms before calling to pay. We accept all major credit cards both online during registration and over the phone.
